Throughout the course of a claim, we liaise with insurers in order to monitor its progress and to ensure that the insurer is adopting reasonable and realistic claims handling and reserving policies. We notify our clients automatically (unless requested otherwise) when we become aware of any material developments. We send a letter to confirm when a claim is concluded, and provide settlement details so that our clients have up to date records. We can produce periodic claims reports in a format bespoke to the client's
requirements and, for renewal purposes, we verify the accuracy of an insurer's
claims history. |
