If you are an H.W. Wood Limited client, and wish to notify a claim, all you have to do is phone us on 020 7398 9000 and ask for our claims department. Alternatively, you may email brief details to claims@hwint.com and we will ensure that your claim is allocated to a suitable handler.

You will then be provided with guidance by one of our experienced team of claims handlers. The handler will ensure that your insurer is notified of the loss, that early steps are taken to instruct an engineer or loss adjuster (if appropriate), and that you are furnished with a claim form for completion in a timely manner - by mail, fax, or email according to your preference (provided your chosen method meets with the reporting requirements of the insurer in question).

We will also explain the information and documentation that your insurers are likely to require, and provide you with clarification of your policy's requirements.
