H.W. Wood Limited offer an uninsured loss recovery service to all of our clients. Unless bespoke arrangements are in place, we will automatically pursue a recovery of any policy excess against another responsible party, or we will liaise with the insurer to ensure that they do so. We can also pursue recovery of a variety of other uninsured losses.

If a client prefers to use an outsource agency to provide the uninsured loss recovery service, we will liaise with that agency on behalf of the client in order to ensure that progress is maintained and that our client's best interests are protected throughout.

When a driver is injured in a motor accident, we will liaise with that individual's nominated legal representative or, if requested, provide guidance regarding the appointment of a suitable solicitor.
